Luma AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Creative (a 0-to-1 role at the intersection of creativity, sales, and education) to work directly with leading brands and agencies, prototype AI-accelerated production workflows with Dream Machine, and evangelize the generative video medium.

What you'll do
Responsibilities- Work directly with leading brands and creative agencies as a trusted guide to generative AI
- Design and prototype AI-accelerated production workflows using Dream Machine Common
- Produce high-quality content demonstrating platform capabilities
- Consult with partner leadership on technical and creative opportunities Common
- Collaborate with internal Product, Partnership, and Sales teams
- Establish engagement playbooks and best practices
- Serve as an evangelist for the generative video medium
- Significant experience as a Creative Technologist, Technical Director, or senior creative role at a top-tier agency/studio Common
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, technical skill, or storytelling ability
- Proven track record building novel solutions in ambiguous environments Common
- Deep expertise in creative production pipelines (VFX, animation, motion graphics) Common
- Strong communication and strategic consultation abilities
- Genuine passion for AI's creative potential Unique
- Preferred: hands-on experience with generative AI tools
- Preferred: public thought leadership profile Unique
- Preferred: background at innovative studios (Buck, The Mill) or tech labs (Google Creative Lab, Apple)
