A 1929 historic theater in Oregon, recognized as the first theater built west of the Mississippi River specifically for sound motion pictures, with plans to preserve the building and develop unused space into a tourism and visitor center.
Seeking an experienced grant writer to assist with identifying funding opportunities and preparing grant proposals for historic preservation, theater restoration, tourism development, and downtown revitalization projects.
