What you'll do
Responsibilities- Lead the creation of an AI-powered Creative Suite consolidating multimodal AI capabilities
- Partner with UX/UI design, AI R&D, engineering, user research, and creatives to deliver production-ready features artists love Common
- Own end-to-end product strategy from production to post: image and video generation, modification, timeline-based editing Common
- Define interoperability with Netflix platforms and DCC tools to scale to real-world studio pipelines
- Build collaboration features: shared projects, versioning, review, complex production workflows
- Lead the roadmap: identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize, define success metrics
- Drive rapid iteration through prototyping and experimentation with an 'AI-builder' mindset
What you'll need
Experience- 5+ years of Product Management experience building video creation, editing, or production tools Common
- Deep domain expertise in AI video generation/modification workflows and AI-assisted filmmaking techniques
- Proven experience delivering products for individual creators and enterprise-scale collaborative workflows
- Strong product judgment and a builder's mindset Unique
- Excellent communication; align research, design, and creative practitioners around a unified vision
