• About the Production Manager, The Deck
• The Production Manager, The Deck oversees the day-to-day production operations for Audiochuck’s flagship investigative series. This role ensures that all phases of production, from pre-production through final delivery, are executed efficiently, on schedule, and at the highest quality standards.
• Serving as the operational backbone of the show, the Production Manager coordinates timelines, manages workflows, and supports cross-functional collaboration across reporting, editorial, audio, video, and post-production teams. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and strong execution.

Full-time

• 5–8 years of production management experience in podcasting, documentary, or unscripted media
• Experience managing multiple projects and complex timelines in fast-paced environments
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with editorial, production, and post-production teams
• Experience in investigative or narrative storytelling environments preferred

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Clear and confident communication across teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Experience using project management tools such as Wrike or Airtable
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows
