The Coca-Cola Company is in the middle of a full digital transformation, and this org is at the center of it. We are building an in-house product design practice from the ground up, embedded inside cross-functional product teams that have real ownership and real mandate to change how digital experiences work at one of the world's most recognized brands.
We’re building out a high performing team of designers that know how to deliver modern, seamless user experiences that drive impact across the business and become the model for how The Coca-Cola Company approaches digital transformation around the globe. That means bringing together designers who combine forward thinking with the ability to deliver quality at speed, people who can set the standard, not just meet it.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own experience design across critical areas of our supply chain, identifying and driving meaningful improvements alongside product and engineering partners. You will shape experiences that support everything from planning, manufacturing, and logistics workflows to the operational tools and insights that help teams make better decisions every day. This is not a role defined by executional handoffs.
You will be deeply involved in discovery, helping define what gets built, and accountable for delivering high-quality solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and outcomes across our end-to-end supply chain.
Our product teams touch the full digital stack of a global CPG business. Depending on where you land, your work could span:
Digital supply chain capabilities and experiences that enable planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment across Coca-Cola's North America network
Operational platforms and decision-support tools used by teams that plan, make, move, and deliver products every day
Operational tools and platforms that connect the business end to end
Emerging AI-enabled experiences as we integrate intelligent systems into our products
Problem spaces vary, but the expectation is consistent: you will design forreal users, work closely with product managers, engineers and researcherstoshipexperiencesthat matter.
