About This Role

As a Freelance Casting Producer, you'll utilize your excellent interpersonal skills to find pools of dynamic individuals to appear in our content that our directors can select from. We're looking for a star casting producer that is extremely resourceful and bold in their approach to finding people of all different niches, backgrounds, and communities. The ideal candidate for this role has extensive interview experience and is well versed in navigating sensitive subject matter in a professional and unbiased manner.

They regularly reach out to micro-influencers and lower-level talent to help expand viewership to our content.

Freelance

• 3-4 years of experience as a Casting Producer with a track record of delivering a large amount of leads sourced from outreach, along with high quality casting interviews
• Someone who is politically and socially engaged, comfortable navigating complex or sensitive discussions
• An active listener, naturally curious, and has a strong emotional IQ
• Curious and proactive - willing to dig into research to vet high quality talent
• Adaptable and receptive to feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Someone with a strong interest and understanding of the digital media landscape, trends, and behaviors
