  • Provide hands‑on support during shoots, coordinating schedules, talent, crew, and production details while troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Partner with Creative and Marketing to translate creative briefs into executable production plans and coordinate post‑production through final delivery.
  • Keep internal teams and external partners aligned on schedules, expectations, changes, and next steps.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media production, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience producing photo and video content across brand, social, digital, advertising, or other marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing productions from pre‑production through final delivery, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and multiple priorities.
  • Experience sourcing and managing freelancers, vendors, talent, crew, locations, and other production resources.
  • Experience managing shoot budgets and production expenses.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly when production needs or priorities change.
  • Ability to translate creative concepts and briefs into practical production plans.
  • Familiarity with tools such as  and Net Suite is helpful but not required.
