What you'll do
Responsibilities- Direct concept development and establish creative direction across projects
- Shape organizational thinking about AI's role in creative work, determining where it adds value versus craft-led approaches
- Develop new creative approaches enabled by AI capabilities
- Produce polished professional content at multiple scales Unique
- Monitor emerging AI tools and establish standards for their creative application Common
- Translate stakeholder goals into creative output using AI for speed
- Maintain quality, brand consistency, and ethical considerations around AI-generated content
- Strong creative judgment with proven ability to evaluate and elevate creative work Unique
- Deep fluency with generative AI across creative mediums, refining imagery, video, and voiceover
- Hands-on experience with Adobe, Google, Jasper, Claude, and Synthesia Unique
- Portfolio showing creative judgment and AI tool mastery
- Preferred: ownership of concept development on major campaigns; familiarity with rights and licensing around AI-generated content
