• This role will function as a content strategist, producer, and launch lead, helping shape how Must Be The Money shows up across audio, video, social platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, audience-obsessed, comfortable with experimentation, and energized by building something new from the ground up.
• This is a temporary role, reporting to the News Director, Marketplace, and will last for one month.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in digital production, on-demand media, or related roles.

• Excellent editorial judgment and strong storytelling instincts.
• Experience editing and packaging digital audio.
• Proven ability to write and produce for digital platforms, including social media.
• Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Commitment to fairness, accuracy, and BBC editorial standards.
• Interest in emerging formats, platforms, and audience behaviors.

• Previous employment working in a national news organization.
• Experience working with talent.
• Field production experience.
