Paradise Alliance is looking for a Worship Pastor who wants to help build something, not simply inherit a worship ministry and maintain it. This person will lead worship and develop musicians, but the opportunity is much broader: helping shape the Sunday experience, build teams, invest in people, and partner with the Lead Pastor as the church moves into a new season of growth.

They need someone who is strong enough musically to lead well, but whose first instinct is ministry, people and mission—not just music.### Requirements
* ** Ministry Builder:
** A self-starter who sees what could be and wants to help build it. This person naturally thinks beyond music toward the health and growth of the whole church.
* ** Pastoral Shepherd:
** Genuinely loves people and wants to be involved in their lives. They are a pastor who leads worship, not simply a musician with a pastoral title.
* ** Team Developer:
** Knows how to find people, bring them in, develop their gifts and build teams that can thrive without everything depending on them.
* ** Worship Leader:
** Musically credible and capable of leading both musicians and the congregation. They can read the room, lead with confidence and create meaningful worship without turning the platform into a show.
* ** Humble Partner:
** Brings initiative and ideas without bringing an agenda. They work well in Steve’s “let’s do this together” culture and are willing to adjust personal preferences for what will best serve the church.### Why We Love This OpportunityI love the upside here!!!
