Are you a talented visual storyteller who can take an idea from concept to polished execution? The Gwinnett Chamber is hiring a Digital & Graphic Design Coordinator to bring our brand to life across print, web, and social platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can move seamlessly between printed graphic design, website development, and social imagery – and who thrives on managing projects from concept through completion.
This position reports to SVP of Marketing & Communications and works closely with the marketing team and departments across the organization to create compelling visual experiences that support the Chamber’s programs, events, initiatives, members, and mission.
This is a hands-on design and project management role with no direct reports.
You won’t just design materials—you’ll shape what people see when they experience the Gwinnett Chamber.
Bring the Brand to Life- Design high-quality creative materials for print and digital use, including campaigns, events, advertisements, presentations, social media, signage, and organizational communications
- Maintain consistency with Chamber brand standards across visual communications
- Translate ideas, messaging, and project objectives into engaging visual concepts
- Manage creative projects from initial request through design, revisions, production, and final delivery
- Prepare files and coordinate production with printers and outside vendors as needed
- Maintain organized creative files, templates, brand assets, and production resources
- Design, build, and update website pages using Word Press, Divi, and Elementor
- Partner with the Digital Content Manager to combine strong visual design with effective, optimized content
- Create landing pages and visual experiences supporting Chamber events, programs, campaigns, and initiatives
- Maintain visual consistency and usability throughout the Chamber’s website
- Troubleshoot routine design, layout, and formatting issues
- Turn Chamber events, programs, people, and stories into engaging imagery for digital and social platforms
- Repurpose existing photography and other creative assets into fresh digital imagery
- Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager to develop visual assets that support their content on social and web pages.
- Coordinate creative assets, design requirements, production timelines, and brand standards for the CC Directory
- Support in-house production or coordinate with an outside production partner based on departmental needs
- Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure accurate, professional, on-brand execution
We’re looking for a creative professional who combines strong design instincts with the organization and accountability to own projects from start to finish.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications,
web design and coding, or a related creative field - Certification or degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, web design,
or a related field preferred - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required with knowledge of Canva
- Experience with Word Press and page builders such as Divi and Elementor
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and print/digital
production - Ability to manage multiple creative projects, priorities, revisions, and deadlines

- Ability to receive feedback, collaborate across departments, and translate ideas into
effective creative solutions - A strong portfolio or work samples demonstrating graphic design and digital creative
capabilities is required
