As part of our marketing team, based in Falls Church, VA, you'll collaborate with a talented, hands-on group of creative professionals dedicated to designing compelling and engaging brand experiences that resonate and drive growth.
MEANINGFULWORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
- Design high-impact campaign advertisements, collateral, and a variety of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with GDIT's brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the brand team to strategically shape and drive the visual direction of our brand.
- Develop and pitch innovative creative concepts, partnering with team members to execute forward-thinking marketing initiatives.
- Clearly and confidently articulate the reasoning behind your design decisions to stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines while adeptly managing multiple priorities.
- Maintain exceptional quality control standards to ensure all finalized materials are error-free and meet expectations.
- Support various employee-facing projects and communications, elevating the internal branding experience.
- Stay informed on cutting-edge design trends and leverage best practice to deliver fresh and relevant creative solutions.
- Work alongside the brand team and lend support to select brand-level initiatives.

- Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required - Experience:
2+ years of relevant graphic design experience required - A portfolio link showcasing your creative expertise (

). - Location:
Hybrid to Falls Church, Virginia office with the expectation of working 3 days per week in the office
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft platforms.
- Strong creative and analytical skills to approach design challenges with innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively interface with team members and stakeholders.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills for navigating complex design assignments.
- A keen attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of polished and precise work.
- Proven ability to excel under tight deadlines with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
