About the Role

Our studio relies on a flawless execution pipeline. We need a tactical, hands-on Lead Designer who can take the high-level strategy set by the Design Director and turn it into pixel-perfect reality while guiding the rest of the production floor. You are the bridge between creative vision and daily production, stepping in to execute the most complex branding and UI/UX projects while mentoring the team.

what you’ll do day-to-day:

Execute High-Stakes Design: Take the lead, hands-on role for our highest-tier client projects, handling complex web interfaces, mobile app flows, and foundational brand identities.
Drive Quality Control: Review and approve assets produced by Graphic, Web, and UI/UX Designers, ensuring all files are technically sound, accessible, and perfectly aligned with client guidelines.
Workflow Optimization: Build, scale, and maintain our internal Figma component libraries, UI kits, and Adobe CC templates to speed up agency production.
Cross-Team

Collaboration:

Work directly with our Full-Stack Developers to ensure your UI/UX designs translate cleanly into functional code, providing CSS guidance and layout logic.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

6–8+ years of professional design experience, with a highly polished portfolio showcasing both brand identity systems and modern UI/UX product design.
Absolute mastery of Figma (auto-layout, components, variables, interactive prototyping) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience giving constructive, actionable design feedback to junior creatives in a studio environment.
A sharp, obsessive eye for typography, grid systems, whitespace, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.

Bonus points if you have:

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/React (you don't need to code, but you need to know how developers think).

$95,000–$120,000/yr base salary, full health/dental/vision benefits, studio performance incentives, and the opportunity to shape the creative culture of a growing agency.
