The CX Marketing organization is a high-energy, collaborative team dedicated to driving the visual storytelling behind Cisco's Customer Experience portfolio. We function as a creative engine, bridging the gap between technical production and strategic messaging to amplify our most critical updates. Our team consists of content strategists, editors, and creative leads who work in tight alignment to produce engaging content for internal sites, social channels, and global stages.

YOUR IMPACT
Produce end-to-end video content to translate complex technical portfolio updates into compelling visual narratives. Elevate executive presence by providing expert remote A/V coaching for the CX On Message series to capture authentic and impactful performances. Drive social media engagement through high-energy b-roll, kinetic typography, and platform-optimized edits tailored for You Tube, Linked In, and Power global flagship events by partnering with the Events team to deliver cutting-edge visual experiences that reach thousands of stakeholders worldwide.
Maintain visual brand standards across all assets to ensure consistent quality and alignment with the overarching CX strategy.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end video production, including scriptwriting, recording, and post-production.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Demonstrated project management experience handling high-volume assets and tight review cycles.
- A professional portfolio showcasing advanced narrative storytelling, motion graphics, and editorial pacing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to provide A/V coaching to senior leadership to ensure comfortable and authentic on-camera performance.
- Familiarity with production and collaboration tools such as Riverside Studio, Descript, and Frame.io.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively navigate feedback from diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in vendor management, including briefing and overseeing external creative partners or agencies.
- Proven ability to maintain creative quality and professional composure under pressure during shifting schedules.
