Netflix is hiring a Creative Evaluation Lead for Artwork to lead AI-driven transformation of promotional artwork — designing creative rubrics and evaluation criteria for AI image models, running QC on outputs, and bridging creative, product, and ML R&D teams to scale AI-first artwork at Netflix scale.

- Support R&D sprints on AI models by designing creative rubrics and standardized asset evaluation criteria using gold-standard references
- Oversee quality control of AI model outputs, maintain creative alignment, and synthesize findings for model improvements
