We are seeking a
** Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)
** to lead design for core areas of our B2B SaaS platform. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and consistent user experiences for enterprise customers operating in complex workflows.

You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to shape product experiences from early discovery through launch and iteration, with a strong emphasis on usability, clarity, and design systems.## Key responsibilities### Product & Experience Design
* Lead end-to-end design for complex enterprise workflows across web applications
* Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
* Balance usability, scalability, and visual clarity in enterprise product experiences### User Research & Discovery
* Partner with Product Managers to conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery sessions
* Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable design decisions
* Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business and technical constraints### Design Systems & Consistency
* Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system that supports multi-product experiences
* Ensure consistency in interaction patterns, visual language, and accessibility standards
* Collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate and efficient design implementation### Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA throughout the product development lifecycle
* Partner with Product Marketing to support product launches, demos, and customer-facing materials
* Present design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership### Quality & Craft
* Maintain a high bar for design quality, usability, and attention to detail
* Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and product outcomes
* Ensure experiences meet enterprise expectations for performance, accessibility, and reliability### Qualifications
* 7–10+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer in
** B2B SaaS
*** Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise product design, complex workflows, and system thinking
* Expertise in modern design tools (Figma or equivalent) and design systems
* Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, product-led teams###

Preferred Experience
* Experience designing enterprise platforms, dashboards, or workflow-heavy applications
* Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise usability requirements
* Experience collaborating closely with Engineering in agile development environments
* Prior work in regulated or high-compliance industries is a plus###

$150,000 – $195,000 (based on experience)
