We’re looking for a Senior Website Designer with serious UI/UX chops and a flair for motion design. You know how to take a vision and turn it into a site that feels effortless to navigate and a joy to use. You think in wireframes and micro-interactions. You design with both the user and the client in mind.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end website design—from wireframes to pixel-perfect UI.
- Incorporate motion design and interaction to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers to bring concepts to life.
- Participate in client discovery sessions and pitch design ideas clearly and confidently.
- Maintain design systems and contribute to team-wide best practices.
- 5–10 years of professional design experience, especially web-focused.
- Strong portfolio with UI/UX and motion design examples.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects or Lottie, and prototyping tools.
- Strategic thinking, strong communication, and client-facing experience.
- Bonus:
Experience in Word Press, Webflow environments.
