At Osterbind Law, we help real people through some of the hardest moments of their lives: car crashes, serious injuries, and denied disability benefits. Marketing here isn’t just about likes and clicks, it’s about connecting our firm with the people who need us most and building a community that trusts us to do the right thing, every time.

We’re looking for someone who can make things. Graphics, photos, video, and just as importantly . . words. If you can shoot it, cut it, design it, and write a caption that doesn’t sound like every other law firm on the internet, keep reading.

There are plenty of part-time creative jobs, but how many give you a chance to:

• Actually publish your work. What you make goes live on our channels — not into a folder nobody opens.
• Work directly with the Marketing Director. One-on-one feedback on every piece you produce, not a chain of managers.
• Build a real portfolio. Finished, published, professional work across video, design, photography, and copy.
• See your work lead to real cases and real people helped.

Our team is close-knit. We invest in our people and our community. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. You won’t get lost in a big corporate office here. You’ll have a seat at the table and a voice that’s heard.

You’ll be the hands behind our content. That includes:

• Social Media Content: Create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In. Keep the calendar full!
• Video Production & Editing: Shoot and edit You Tube videos, cut down longer footage, and add captions and graphics.
• Graphic Design: Build graphics in our brand system: social posts, print pieces, client materials, event collateral.
• Photography: Capture the team, the office, community events, and sponsor ships.
• Copywriting: Write captions, post copy, and website content that sounds like us — clear, human, and not boring lawyer stuff.
• Website & Google Business Profile: Keep our site content fresh and our Google Business Profile active with regular posts and photos.
• Content Planning: Sit in on planning sessions, bring ideas, and help shape what we make next.

You’ll report to the Marketing Director, who reviews everything before it goes out. You’ll never be guessing at what “good” looks like here. An idea of some standard can be found on our current channels: (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)./osterbindlaw

• You’re a strong writer who can switch voices. We may need a catchy caption one hour, a clean website blog the next. This one matters a ton because it shows your creativity and drive to engage.
• You can shoot and edit video and design a clean graphic. Formal training isn’t required, but you have to show us what you’re capable of.
• You’re coachable
  . You can take direct feedback, apply it, and come back better.
• You’re a self-starter who finishes what you start without being chased.
• You’re professional. This is a law firm. You’ll be around confidential client information, and we need someone who understands what that means.
• You’re excited to learn an industry where trust, relationships, and reputation matter.

• $15 per hour

• The tools to do it right: a Mac, access to camera equipment, and every piece of software you’ll need to be successful — Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and more.
