Creative Producer; US English

Role Summary

We are looking for a sharp, process-driven Creative Producer to direct our content pipeline for the US market. You will manage writers, editors, and creators while leveraging AI platforms to scale production speed and quality without losing artistic nuance.

• Team Leadership & Editing:
  Lead writers, line editors, and creative teams across multiple content tracks. Give actionable feedback, maintain editorial standards, and keep production on tight schedules.

• US Market Adaptation:
  Ensure all tone, character dialogues, humor, and cultural hooks naturally resonate with a mainstream US audience.

• AI-Assisted Operations:
  Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc., along with quick adaptation to certain internal AI tools) into the production cycle to accelerate ideation, plotting, outline generation, and line-editing.

• Pipeline & Quality Control:
  Set up standardized SOPs for content output, prompt engineering, and quality benchmarks to scale production efficiently.

• Performance Analysis:
  Review engagement data to tweak storytelling hooks, pacing, and creative strategy based on performance metrics.

• 3+ years in a Creative Producer, Managing Editor, or creative team lead role, preferably in fast-paced serialized digital content, publishing, or media.

• Deep US Cultural Familiarity:
  Expert grasp of US English idioms, audience tropes, and modern pop-culture nuances.

• Hands-on AI Expertise:
  Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools into creative writing workflows to double speed while keeping quality high.

• Strong Operational Instincts:
  Highly organized with experience enforcing strict deadlines, managing vendor/freelancer rosters, and tracking pipeline metrics.
