Production Manager

The Antwi Group is seeking an organized, creative, resourceful, and production-focused Producer / Production Manager to join our Content & Media Production Department.

Working under the direction of the Director / Manager of Content & Media Production
, the Producer / Production Manager will coordinate video, photography, branded content, interviews, promotional productions, digital media, events, and other approved media projects from pre-production through final delivery.

The Producer / Production Manager will be responsible for translating approved creative concepts into practical production plans by coordinating schedules, crews, talent, locations, equipment, budgets, vendors, releases, production documentation, and post-production timelines.

This position requires excellent organization, communication, project management, problem-solving, budgeting, and production knowledge, as well as the ability to keep creative projects moving efficiently under changing production conditions.

• Produce and coordinate assigned media-production projects.
• Develop practical production plans based on approved creative concepts.
• Create and maintain production schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate production personnel and crew assignments.
• Prepare production budgets and monitor approved expenses.
• Coordinate locations, equipment, talent, vendors, transportation, and other production requirements.
• Prepare and distribute call sheets when appropriate.
• Organize production meetings.
• Maintain production calendars and deadlines.
• Coordinate with videographers, photographers, editors, audio personnel, designers, and production assistants.
• Confirm production requirements before scheduled shoots.
• Track project deliverables from pre-production through final completion.
• Identify scheduling, budget, equipment, staffing, or logistical problems and develop appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate approved freelance crew and external vendors.
• Obtain vendor quotes and rental information when required.
• Help coordinate talent and participant schedules.
• Coordinate location requirements and approved permissions.
• Work with Legal & Business Affairs regarding releases, licenses, agreements, and permissions.
• Coordinate with Operations & Administration regarding facilities and production logistics.
• Coordinate with Finance & Accounting regarding approved production expenses.
• Maintain organized production records and documentation.
• Track production assets and deliverables.
• Coordinate post-production schedules and review cycles.
• Ensure final content is delivered according to approved deadlines and specifications.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased projects and company information.
