Tiny Hero is an LA-based, industry-leading entertainment advertising agency specializing in A/V campaigns — from trailers and teasers to TV spots and social media content. We partner with the biggest studios and streamers in the world to bring stories to life in bold, creative ways.

We’re looking for motivated creative artists to join our motion GFX design team! All experience levels will be considered.

Resumes must include a link to your reel.

Applications that do not include a demo reel or work samples will NOT BE CONSIDERED. Must be able to detail your contribution to said work.

What You’ll Do

Assist the graphics team in design and animation of 2D and 3D motion graphics for high end branded content from conceptualization to delivery.
Composite integrated graphics with footage including retouching, coloring, rotoscope and tracking
· Version out existing motion graphics for delivery in various specs and format.
Maintaining existing workflow and file structure/ organization.
Adapt assets to changing direction and maintain project continuity.

What We’re Looking For

Solid fundamental understanding of 2D and 3D design language.
Ability to create fresh looks and animations as well as adhere to existing design language and brand identity.
Knowledge of current and cutting-edge 2D and 3D, theatrical and social motion design trends.
Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with Cinema 4D, Element 3D, Maxon and other industry standard plugins.
Excellent design, typography and layout skills.
Experience with compositing, integrated graphics, roto, and tracking/ match move.
Highly organized, clear communication and is able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
After Effects: 2-5 year (Required)
Cinema 4D: 1 year (Preferred)
