Mammoth Graphics is a division of Summit Bodyworks, a premier builder and outfitter of mobile display, medical, law enforcement, and specialty vehicles in Fort Lupton. We are currently seeking a Print Production Artist to join our team and play a key role in transforming digital designs into tangible, printed materials. The Print Production Artist’s primary focus lies in preparing artwork for various printing processes, ensuring optimal color accuracy, resolution, and file formatting.

With a deep understanding of printing techniques and materials, this position plays a crucial role in bringing printed products, such as decals, signs, and displays, to life. The Print Production Artist will work closely with designers, print production, and clients to ensurethe final output meets the highest quality standards.

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Create accurate, industry-standard production files that include precise cutlines, color specifications, quantities, and dimensions.
* Interpreting and executing design concepts, layouts, and specifications provided by designers or customers.
* Communicating with the customers to ensure a complete understanding of their project
* Consulting professionally and confidentially with customers to clarify design expectations while clearly communicating company policies regarding mockups and design revisions.
* Utilizing industry-standard graphic design software to create, manipulate, and enhance visual elements such as illustrations, logos, icons, and graphics
* Preparing files for print and multimedia applications
* Ensuring color accuracy, resolution, and file integrity for optimal production and display across different media formats
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
* Accurately track time at every stage of the process and partner with Office Coordinator to prioritize jobs, manage workload effectively, and consistently meet established deadlines.
* Adhering to brand guidelines, style guides, and production standards to maintain consistency across all visual assets.
* Optimizing and compressing files for efficient web delivery or digital distribution.
* Performing quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies in the final digital file.
* Archiving and organizing project files and assets for future reference or updates.
* Providing technical support and guidance to designers or clients regarding file formats, resolution, and production requirements.
* Assisting production as needed.
* Quote design time accurately and quickly.
* Other duties as assigned.
** WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
*** Ability to accurately read ruler measurements.
* Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.
