About the Role

This opportunity is for a Sr. Brand Designer II who will shape and evolve visual brand identity while leading large-scale integrated campaigns, web experiences, and scalable brand systems. The role owns major campaign and web initiatives from creative direction through execution, with a strong focus on acquisition-facing experiences, visual storytelling, brand consistency, and high-quality design across digital, web, and experiential touchpoints.

The position combines campaign art direction with hands-on design execution and requires advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. The designer will independently scope complex projects, partner with marketing, messaging, product, development, specialty designers, and external vendors, and mentor other designers without having direct reports.

Design Thinking & Storytelling

  • Drive the development and evolution of brand identity across integrated campaigns, web journeys, and high-visibility brand experiences while maintaining consistency across touchpoints.
  • Lead art direction for integrated campaigns and web experiences, translating brand expression across acquisition surfaces, landing pages, and product-adjacent storytelling.
  • Create visually compelling designs that apply strong design principles and aesthetics to build meaningful visual narratives and engage audiences.
  • Develop creative approaches that scale across internal teams, vendors, and collaborators while maintaining systems-level design thinking and high-quality execution.

Design Execution

  • Own major campaign and web experience projects, including art direction, asset development, and optimization of high-impact acquisition surfaces.
  • Maintain high-fidelity design and visual consistency across brand guidelines, toolkits, and cross-medium assets.
  • Influence, guide, and oversee specialty designers, external vendor partners, and other collaborators as needed to deliver work at a high creative standard.
  • Independently scope, prioritize, and manage complex design projects while coordinating with stakeholders to support on-time delivery and creative excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders by presenting creative work clearly, explaining design rationale, and guiding strategic decision-making around high-impact brand outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, messaging, product, development leads, and other design professionals to create consistent, strategically aligned designs with strong visual impact.
  • Serve as a creative thought partner to cross-functional teams, articulate design rationale, and champion design best practices that strengthen the overall brand and product experience.
  • Partner closely with development teams to solve implementation challenges in real time and preserve creative intent through final execution.
  • Proactively lead design processes and shape design approaches that improve efficiency and collaboration across teams.
  • Mentor other designers by providing constructive feedback, sharing expertise, and helping strengthen design execution and the overall brand experience.
  • Support a culture of openness, feedback, and inclusivity while helping evolve the brand design system and visual language at scale.
  • Act as a bridge between internal design peers and external collaborators while modeling strong practices in communication, quality control, and creative feedback.
