The producer owns one account from source research through final presentation. The work covers reels, static posts, quote posts, tweet-style posts, carousels, captions, graphics, sound, and platform-ready exports.  expects one reel and one static post ready to publish per account per day by day 90.

Each example covers the account, audience, source material, hook, owned decisions, variations, performance result, and lessons, plus a description of the AI-supported workflow.## One Account From Idea To Publish The producer researches source material and identifies ideas, claims, emotional moments, and proof before developing a concept.

The work then moves through hooks, structures, scripts, captions, on-screen text, pacing, graphics, sound, edits, designs, and final presentation. The producer owns the communication and execution rather than handling only one production step.

Every core reel receives at least three meaningful versions. The producer also creates organic and paid-ready static and carousel posts, maintains source references and project files, and delivers organized exports. Creative production jobs increasingly require the same combination of story judgment, editing, and publishing discipline.

Strong pacing, emotion, clarity, visual taste, and platform-specific decisions shape each edit. Premiere Pro or an equivalent editor is required, while Figma, motion, design, captioning, and sound skills support the wider workflow. The role also depends on video production skills for filming, editing, and export decisions.## AI-Supported Production  expects the producer to delegate roughly 80 percent of repetitive production work to AI.

The workflow includes better searches, connectors, prompts, skills, templates, project structures, reporting loops, naming logic, and automations. ChatGPT or Claude, AI connectors and plugins, Shade, Instagram analytics, Premiere Pro, and Figma are named tools.

Automation does not remove producer ownership. The role still requires decisions about angles, source evidence, thought-leader voice, variation, technical quality, and audience response. The producer also improves prompts, integrations, project structures, and reporting loops as the account system develops.## Performance Review And Quality Control The role targets 1,000 combined shares, comments, and saves per post, excluding likes.
