Job DescriptionOur Admissions Welcome Center Student Ambassadors will serve as thought partners in creating a compelling NKU visit experience for prospective students and families.
Students in these roles will:
- Create a welcoming environment for all visitors
- Share their personal NKU experience through facilitating and leading the campus visit experience (i.e., telling your NKU story when in contact with prospective families)
- Execute assigned Admissions follow‑up strategies for all NKU visitors (daily visits, on‑campus events, etc.)
Duties include:
- Provide customer service for welcome center visitors
- Administer front desk responsibilities
- Facilitate campus tour experience for prospective families (tour training/facilitating tours required for position)
- Operational tasks related to visits (event preparation, visitor follow‑up, emails, outreach etc.)

- Carry out daily operational tasks (e.g., event prep, visitor follow‑up outreach, etc.)

- Carry out calling campaigns as assigned by Admissions Leadership
- Answer inbound customer service calls
