Position: Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Online Marketplace Platform Department
Location: Central City

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a new opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Online Marketplace Platform Department! In this vital Junior role, you will be providing support to our Dutch-speaking clients as they navigate our online marketplace. Your role will be essential in ensuring users have a positive experience while utilizing our platform for their buying and selling needs.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and customer service. If you are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support in Dutch through various channels including email, phone, and chat
  • Assist users with inquiries regarding marketplace functionality, listings, and transactions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
  • Work closely with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve user experience
  • Guide customers on best practices to enhance their marketplace usage and engagement
  • Stay updated on platform changes and features through ongoing training
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or online platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is a plus
