Boat Rental Reservationist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Boat Rental Reservationist to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing boat rental reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth rental experience for our customers.

• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries regarding boat rentals.
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information.
• Provide detailed information about rental options, pricing, and policies.
• Coordinate with the boat rental team to ensure availability and readiness of boats.
• Handle customer questions and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records.
• Support daily operations as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or reservation management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software.
• Knowledge of boating or water recreation is a plus.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
