Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an organized, customer‑focused individual to provide friendly and professional service to new and existing customers of our State Farm Agency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to new and existing customers
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage explanations, and claims support
  • Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates accurately
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and office inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or additional coverage when appropriate
  • Support the sales team by identifying cross‑sell and referral opportunities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

Compensation
