What We're Looking For:- Ability to multitask in and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Must pass a criminal background
- Handle inbound customer service calls
- Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat and email communication
- Navigate multiple systems and tools
- Recommend product solutions for unique customer needs
- Pay: $17/hour base rate + growth opportunities up to $19/hour
