Pay Range: $24.56 - $35.62 USD per hour

Location: Sacramento College Greens Branch, 8725 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95826 (100% on‑site)

• Provide world‑class member service to members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Provide information and promote credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Process transactions in general areas of savings, loans, and auxiliary credit union services.
• Perform file maintenance, including processing requests for change of address, check orders, and ordering ATM cards.
• Perform vault and night drop duties as assigned, and assist with morning and evening branch preparation.
• Assist team members as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain cash and negotiables.
• Provide suggestions for streamlining department and credit union operations.
• Process new memberships, additional share accounts, savings services, consumer loan requests, and general consumer loan fundings as requested by members.
• Research accounts, identify, and correct member account problems.
• Deliver world‑class face‑to‑face service to members requesting account assistance.
• Provide consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services by assessing member needs, addressing concerns, and gaining agreement.
• Comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including BSA regulations related to job duties.

• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1‑3 years of prior related experience required.
• Notary License required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
