Role Description

As a Customer Relations Representative with Lindsey Wilson Gosser State Farm Agency, you will generate exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of the agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of community members you support.

Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Be the first on the phones and to greet customers in person as they come into the office.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based approach to get customers to the correct department for servicing.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Qualifications

Compensation: $12.00 - $13.15 per hour
