As a Bilingual Payment Center Representative, you will assist Graceland customers with their accounts. Your responsibilities include collecting payments, making payment arrangements, providing friendly payment reminders, and handling other customer relations tasks. A passion for building connections and helping customers is essential.

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding rental accounts.
• Process customer payments.
• Discuss acceptable payment arrangements.
• Interact internally with various departments.
• Promptly accept inbound calls from customers nationwide.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills; prior experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality.
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume payment center.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
