Overview

Field Design & Service Center Team – Entry‑level Jeweler Apprentice. The role includes full administrative responsibilities, customer service, photography of jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry repair and bench skills.

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks.
• Take customer service calls and interact with stores and customers.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn the basics of jewelry repair, including polishing and quality control.
• Advance from apprentice to bench jeweler through a structured training program.

• Customer service‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Multi‑tasking and time‑management.

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Availability for varying hours, including nights and weekends.
• Full‑time 40‑hour work week with seasonal overtime possible.

• Minimum starting rate of $15 per hour; base pay varies by region and experience.
• Jeweler certification classes to develop and enhance bench skills.
