$22.33 - $32.38 per hour (Scheduled weekly hours: 30)

• Provide world class member service by accurately completing transactions and providing account information.
• Follow cash control guidelines to safeguard credit union and member assets.
• Deliver world class face‑to‑face service to members requesting account assistance.
• Provide consultative services and refer members to appropriate team members to assess needs, address concerns and gain agreement.
• Process member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care.
• Contribute to departmental goals by processing high volume with a sense of urgency.
• Comply with regulatory compliance and training requirements, including BSA regulations, to maintain standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of prior related experience required.
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.
