Top Shell Plumbing is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love keeping things organized, we’d love to meet you.

This position plays a vital role in our success by delivering an exceptional customer experience, scheduling service calls, and ensuring our technicians stay productive throughout the day.

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule plumbing service appointments efficiently
• Dispatch technicians throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate with technicians regarding job updates and scheduling changes
• Follow up with customers on appointments, estimates, and completed work
• Maintain accurate customer information and job notes
• Assist with reviewing daily schedules to maximize efficiency
• Help collect customer reviews and ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Work closely with the owner and field team to keep operations running smoothly

• Previous customer service, dispatching, or call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience with Service Titan is a major plus
• Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service industry is highly preferred

• $20–$25 per hour based on experience
