Hamilton Hotel in Washington, DC is seeking guest experience PBX Agents to join our call center team. You will handle guest calls using a multi-line system and support seamless front desk operations.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year hotel call center or PBX experience, is fluent in English, and can work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; bilingual skills are a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel software is preferred.
