E. & J. Gallo Winery is seeking a Guest Ambassador to deliver memorable hospitality experiences for guests visiting our winery and tasting room.
You will be the primary contact for reservations, walk-ins, and special events, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism while guiding experiences tailored to their interests. In this role you will manage reservations, coordinate seating, assist with merchandise and transactions, and support a collaborative team culture.
