RCB Bank seeks a frontline Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to new and existing customers at our Blackwell branch. You will open and service deposit accounts, respond to inquiries, and educate customers on bank products and digital tools.
You’ll play a key role in fraud prevention at the new accounts desk and must adhere to CIP, regulatory standards, and documentation procedures to safeguard the bank and its customers.
