Northgate Resorts seeks a dynamic Guest Relations Staff member for seasonal, full-time or part-time roles. You will assist guests at Express Check-ins, escort them to sites, and serve as a concierge for local opportunities while upholding park rules.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and strong communication is essential. Experience in customer service and basic computer skills are required to document notes using tablets and the reservation system.
