** THE JOB:
** It is the primary responsibility of the Lost and Found Clerk to answer phones, complete filing for the department, and process lost and found. All duties are performed in accordance with department guest service standards and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.
** THE STARTING RATE:**  $16.00 Per Hour
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** File all lost and found/ Security related reports
* Log, sort, store, and return all lost and found items to owners
* Prepare lost and found items for shipping
* Pull and sort unclaimed items for charity
* Attempt to locate owner of lost items
* Coordinate pick up of lost and found items from the hotel floors
* Assist employees with unclaimed found items.
* Answer multi-line telephones from guests and escalate to Security Management, if needed
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be 21years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Six (6) months of prior relevant administrative experience
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
