Map Communications is hiring Part-Time Call Center Agents to assist callers during critical moments — from medical inquiries to locksmith requests. We handle inbound calls only; no sales or outbound calling required.
Fully paid, hands-on training is provided to all new teammates. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls with a warm, helpful attitude, taking accurate messages, transferring calls, and using our call processing system to prioritize customer needs efficiently.
