Location: Northern
Tele Tech Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Mandarin-English bilingual Customer Service Representative to work onsite at the Embarcadero BART Station in San Francisco, CA. You will interact face-to-face with Clipper customers, issue cards, and assist with transit payments using a POS system.
The role requires bilingual fluency, residency in San Francisco, basic Excel skills, and cash handling experience. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with Saturdays required, 7am–7pm or 9am–2pm shifts.
