Hyperscale Systems, Inc. is hiring a Founding Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale relationship. You will onboard new customers, run a regular meeting cadence, drive adoption, and handle inbound support.
The role is foundational with no CS team yet; you will build processes and playbooks with the founders, using the company’s agent to automate repetitive tasks as the base grows. You’ll own onboarding workshops, hands-on system connections, and daily usage ramp.
