Manthey Hospitality is seeking a Reservation Agent to support reservations, ticket sales, and guest services across Yacht Star Ship Dining Cruises, Craft, Pirate Water Taxi, and Lost Pearl in the Tampa area.
You will be the first contact for guests, handling phone and walk-up inquiries, while processing reservations and payments accurately through POS and reservation systems. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
