Location: Northern
Universal Healthcare IPA, Inc. in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from health plan members, employers, providers, and health plans about benefits, authorizations, claims, and eligibility.
You will assess the caller's purpose and provide accurate information, transfer when needed, and maintain professional, courteous service while meeting call center standards. High school diploma required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
