Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station real-time support and help ensure on-time delivery for customers. You will connect with warehouse teams, delivery partners and customers to address issues and provide accurate information.
Base location will be one of our last-mile fulfillment sites in the United States, with a flexible full-time schedule and required ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
