Location: Northern
Columbia Valley Community Health Center in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a part-time Bilingual Call Center Agent I - PER DIEM to provide courteous, efficient telephone access to CVCH services. You will route calls, schedule patient appointments, enter patient information in EMR/EDR, and provide current information about CVCH services.
The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of medical/office experience preferred, and fluency in English and Spanish.
