Location: Northern
IDIQ is seeking on-site Member Advisors in Mount Prospect, IL for a full-time, in-office role with a 9:30am–6:00pm schedule Mon–Fri. Compensation starts at $21.00/hour for English-only candidates and $22.00/hour for bilingual English/Spanish speakers, with robust benefits.
The position emphasizes retention, active listening, and problem-solving to de-escalate concerns and retain membership, in a high-volume call center environment.
