Location: Northern
The Metropolitan Opera is seeking a Membership Associate for the Dress Circle Lounge to greet members and guests during performances in New York. You will check membership cards, assist with inquiries, and support lead collection by encouraging guest cards.
Responsibilities include renewing memberships, distributing brochures and calendars, and coordinating with Patron/Met Membership staff to resolve service requests. This is an on-site position requiring a courteous, professional demeanor.
