Location: Northern
Out Systems is expanding its global Customer Success team and seeks a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with large enterprise customers, translating business needs into technical success and driving renewal and growth.
You will own strategic accounts, develop success plans, collaborate with Account Executives and CS Engineers, and travel as needed to meet customers. A highly quantitative approach to forecasting and cross-functional leadership are essential.
